When we stood the first time at the plot that should later become our nice apartments, the only term one would use to describe the buildings on the plot would have been “a ruin”. The place was void for many years, roofs and walls were partly or completely collapsed, there were no sanitary facilities and everything was rather untidy and full of debris. Despite all this, we at once fell in love with the stunning view and after some hesitation and reflection we contacted the former owners and were very surprised when all 4 owning parties agreed on starting negotiations on selling their plots. And after another four yours of paper work and lots of anecdotes, the place was finally ours and we could start the renovate the lovely building, mainly in manual handwork and to turn it into the great apartments you can see today. Out of respect for the local population and the special place that was given to us, we attached special importance to obtain all works, furniture and interior with local companies and from local stores and are very grateful for the great work and the precious relationships and even friendships that resulted from this. The apartments were built and equipped with a lot of lifeblood and we really hope, you will experience and enjoy that during your stay!
